P.E Summative Assessment
PE this year has to be one of the best and enjoyable PE classes since grade 8. Having my best friends in my class can go both ways. My attendance to PE class is probably great other than missing two-three classes and I don't think I have ever forgotten my pe strip. In my pervious years of pe classes of grade 8 and 9, I think grade 10 would be the year where I did participate a lot more. I wasn't as shy. I participated in class by helping out with equipments and organizing teams. To me being physically educated is knowing you limits in fitness, meaning how much you can run for, when you body is tired, pasing yourself during run. And also mentally having to push yourself more if you can during fitness. I think for my fitness, id have to say when down since the first day of pe class. The big factor of that would defiantly have to be friends. They have defiantly influenced me to not rewlly work as hard, cause they dont have the same fitness level has me, and me being all shy and stuff wont hang out with people other than my friend. I think I deserve a 84-88 % because i havent really been doing my best for fitness days and I think i could have done a lot better, and most of the marks come from participation and being active and fun with all my peers.

End of the semester
Now that the semester is coming to an end I've notice that my fitness level is going down. Why? Because I feel like since its the last few days of school I don't need to really try a whole lot. Also, that summer soccer seasons starting and i get enough fittness there. But I'm going to push myself harder to get those few extra points i need to get the the fitness I need and not be lazy and not try. Even though I play soccer outside of school. Overall, I feel like this year of PE 10 has been "okay", because I really haven't try hard enough in class mostly during the two fitness days during the week. I mean, I would if PE was like 2nd or 4th block, where I wouldn't be all sweaty and late for class. I'd say having your best friends during PE class could be a blast but also a downfall, because they can distract your from a lot of things like, picking what you want to do durning class (activities), get distracted and not pay attention to the teacher, and mostly be like a weight and pull you down on fitness days. These little things matter, and this year I think I might have let my friends distract me from my fitness. My plan for these last few days of PE 10, is to give it my best and not let my friends distract me, also try getting less hurt in soccer outside of school so I wouldn't have to sit in the library writting blogs.

Interim Report
During this semester of PE, I gave 100% during all the fitnesses, came prepared with my PE strip and was always on time for class. I participated in all classes, no matter what was being done. I come to clas with a positive attitude and get along well with everyone. I enjoy trying different things and gaining new experiences, I play on the schools soccer team, and do my best to prevent injuries. I try eating healthy most of the time, I enjoy choice in pe , and I would like to get to know everyone in my class. My personal goal for this semester is do join Manu's most amazing soccer team:) and to always do some sort of physical activity to stay fit and healthy.
